			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Hotel Henry VIII is a six-storey building with over one hundred rooms portraying the true English spirit in the very centre of London, next to Hyde Park and very close to the famous Portobello Road market and Kensington Palace, former residence of the late Lady Di. The Hospitality business has become very competitive, in order for us to match the services provided by our competitors, the Hotel Henry VIII has gone through an expansion process. This process has in turn lead to vacancies in some positions  in this mid quarter of the year, we hope to fill all vacancies created by the expansion process and other processes. We welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates for a possible job placement here at Hotel Henry VIII. </p>
<p>JOB REQUIREMENT:<br />

<p>Reception /Customer relationship management</p>
<p>Tasks: </p>
<p>As a reception member of a hostel, you will have to get involved in many different tasks, being necessary to be always positive and keep a smile in your face when dealing with customers. We really believe that this will be a really good experience to get to know different hotel working areas.</p>
<p>Main tasks</p>
<p>- Check guests in and out<br />
- Basic concierge assistance<br />
- Plan and organize group arrivals<br />
- Assist in cash advances, exchange money, check guest folios<br />
- Commercial information to customers</p>
<p>- Day to day processing and input of group reservations while following hotel reservations policy<br />
- Maintaining a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates<br />
- Liaising with other departments to prepare for group arrival<br />
- Assisting Front office with closing of accounts<br />
- Answering all calls promptly in a courteous and efficient manner<br />
- Ensuring all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day<br />
- Assisting in Front Office as required, especially with guest check in and check out</p>
<p>Requirements</p>
<p>Fluent in English<br />
Spanish B1 or superior<br />
Able to provide a training agreement<br />
Opened to work in different switchs Monirng &#8211; Afternoon &#8211; Night, depending on the candidate.</p>
<p>Benefits</p>
<p>The internship is paid 100 € a month + Accommodation with the other staff and breakfast.<br />
Internet is also provided as well as living expenses as water, electricity, etc..</p>
